Where does the Badweb AMA contingency fall in this issue? Will Rich's team be able to collect some if they place well? What happened to that money? |

There is no BadWeB AMA FX Award fund this year. We still have funds, just no program for them at this point on account of the AMA changed the program a bit, no more sponsor passes, which were a big incentive for folks to donate to the fund. Without that incentive, we would be out $1,500. The fund currently stands at $6K something assuming my accounting is accurate. I'm thinking we put it all up for grabs for the Road America/Elk Heart Lake event. Winner take all? Should probably discuss this in the pertinent topic. Please reply there if you are interested in discussing the issue. |

You could always sponsor our Thunderbike team here in the UK with it We'll even offer some free entry tickets to members (flights not included though), and regular race updates of course. At least you'll have the satisfaction of sponsoring the ONLY competitive XB capable of winning the series in the UK.

Without being too forward, I think that is a great idea on RA deal. Maybe pay back a couple of places, but homecoming payout is good for our team! |

Anony - OK, so no XBRR at Barber. What are the plans for California Speedway the following week? When are the RRs jumping back in this FX season? What are the plans? |

John, That sound cocky. I like it! Matt, No free lunch, but an award for results is not out of the question. I'd support setting aside some of our funding for your series over there. It's have to be contingent upon the use of a ZTL front brake though.

For the record; I'm so broke, I'm having trouble paying attention. Now, if by some freak act of the Goddess of Good Luck, I win the lottery, I publicly state that I will endow teams racing competitive Buells from strange and foreign places like Germany, Great Britain or Wisconsin a copious amount of money to help with the ever present astronomical costs incurred in such activities. Until such a freak act occurs though, you're on your own... |

my vote would be to give 1/2 the balance to the highest buell point finsher at the end of the season. 2/3 of the other 1/2 to the 2nd buell points finisher and 1/3 of the 2nd 1/2 to the 3rd buell points finisher at the end of the ama fx season. blake, you can move this if you want, but not much traffic on the fx contingency topic. of course, i'm willing to go along with the majority. see ya at the races!!!! tim |

He says as he takes off for a ride on his brand new motor sicle Why do you think I'm so broke? It can't be because I have two teenage daughters who want to go on a School trip to Wyoming to go rock climbing. That is after they get a 30 gig Eye Pawd for birthday gifts, or take the MSF class so I can Register and Insure the Blast so they can ride it, or... |

By the xbrr not showing at Barber..wont this affect theyre point standing..Is it like Nascar where you get points for finishing..etc? If so, Good grief atleast put them out there and get points if this is the case. Dont run the out of them just make laps/points. At the end of the year thet might wish they had. Unless they dont eve plan on even being competitive at the end of the year??? Im hope this is not the case. |

Crustinator, Hey, if you are going to go broke, do it for a good reason. Yeah, daughters and Ulysses both. I'm glad you made it to Daytona. You were definitely operating on a tight budget. Yours was truly a Herculean effort riding through freezing cold in new England all the way to Daytona Beach in just two days. You oughta write some more about that. Sgthigg, While I was always hopeful that the Hal's team might contest the full season, that was always up in the air. I sure do miss the old Pro-Thunder days. |
