I posted about this last year but the worries seem to have came back.
'05 XB9SX I have my crankcase and tranny lines going into the catch can (Jaz)
and there is smoke coming out of the breather while the engine is running, shut down the engine,it goes away. Restart the engine, it comes back. This was after a 30 minute ride today. This is starting to concern me since I'm heading out for Daytona in the AM.
please, any ideas?

unless it is alot of smoke i wouldnt worry about it much honestly. run ok and such?

surprised you havent swung by gainsville hd and buell and had paul(buellgator) just glance at it quick. sure he would give you an honest opinion.

Probably just steam. That's normal. After riding my bike I would take my airbox apart and see some steam coming from the breather lines.
