email sent pete. I also have a house confirmed for the weekend. i dont really know how many beds are left, im talking to people about this weekend from two other boards . i do know that some will only be there for Sat. Ill keep you posted and if any one is interested just let me know.
oh and just so you guys know how important this day is to me. im skipping the testing at my local sheriffs department, a job that would get me back home, to be there.

Let me know how many beds are left and I'll see if I can fill them for you. How much $ for Sat. night?
I'm glad this track day means so much to you. I hope you find another avenue that will bring you home, pro racer maybe? You never know right?

I will let you know about the house. havent thought about what to charge or even if. i know about what it will cost me probably charge just what ever you know not a huge issue that has to be worked out in advance. |

Hey Chief.. are these rooms or beds out in 'central' area? I sometimes sleep kind of .. uh.. loudly.. (I snore) and don't want to deprive folks of sleep if we were to stay with you. Lastly, we both smoke.. Not sure how much of an issue that will be..
If it's all good.. It might be cool for our respective ladies to have each other to hang out with while we're trying not to look foolish on the track (I look like an overweight power ranger in my suit then fold me up and pack me on an XB - see profile pic)
Oh and be warned, BumbleBuell (my wife) has already stated she will be running around with my camera (at least for part of both days)..
Let me know as I'm trying to make final arrangements for a place to stay this weekend. |

Hey Blu, well mine isnt going to be there. she was supposed to be then went and got a job at an accounting firm, tax season and all so she will have to work that weekend and since she isnt coming im leaving my son with her so i can ride without worrying about him.
i smoke so no problem there, the house has 3 bed rooms and a loft supposed to sleep 11 dont really know what the set up is but there is a hot tub a kitchen and pretty good sized living room.
i think i have about 5 or 6 so far, mostly from an SV board my buddy turned me on to so should have plenty of room left.

any one still looking for a place for this weekend try this one. it was one of the ones i was looking at seemed nice and... well this is from the owner.

Can you believe this track event is only six weeks away?
Everyone here at HD/Buell of Edison is super excited about it.
For those of you who have already committed to the event verbally, I will be in touch next week to confirm your space. I will need full name, address phone, e-mail, and payment. After which you will be assigned the unique promo code and you will be able to go and register for the event on the www.teampromotion.com website.
Sounds simple right? If all goes well it will be.
Also, I am working with my Parts Department Manager, Ed Kohler, to bring track day participants special discounts on needed equipment like leathers, back protectors, boots and gloves. All this info will be mailed directly to you via USPS after I have confirmed addresses. (Unless you are in Iraq like Chiefiron, then I will make alternate arrangements. :-)
For those in the NY, NJ & PA area, we are holding our first BRAG meeting of the year on Saturday, Feb 25th at 6PM at the Fuddruckers on Route 1 in New Brunswick, NJ. While we will cover all aspects of this year's events, this track day will be the primary focus. See you all soon. |

you can send any info to my NY address i emailed it to you a few days back. i will arrive back in the States on the 31st of March which should give me plenty of time to take care of some stuff before coming down.
Looks like i still have 3 or 4 beds left in the house also. im not looking to make money on the deal just want to hook up those interested so let me know.

Steve, Glad to hear that you are going to make it to the track. See you on Saturday at 6pm.
Tim, I have your cc info but have not yet charged it. Everything will be done by the end of the week and the promo codes will be issued. I am working out the last of the details with TPM.
FYI- As of today, Seth and I sold out the entire event. 35 riders, hailing from the Badweb, Edison Buell, Liberty Buell, Ocean County Buell and of few guys that I met at the IMS show in NYC will be joining us. I'm praying for good weather so that our day can be a complete success! |

Well, our link got archived again. Oh, well. Just want to let everyone know that we are moving along well. I have collected payment from more than half the expected participants, so this will definitely go down as one cool Buell event. To date we have 24 paid and confirmed riders and Seth has been working diligently to confirm the rest. I'll keep everyone up to date.

Since I registered through TPM, do they still count me as part of this party? Or do they look at me as just another TPM member coming to a 'regular' track day?

It looks like you jumped the gun. TPM will look at you like just another member coming to a regular day.. Not to worry. It really doesn't matter except for my final count of people with the NJASBC group. |
