What do you guys think? 75w-90. I got a quart sitting on the shelf in the garage. It sure beats driving 30 minutes to a local HD dealer to get a quart of the synthetic fluid. Has anybody done this and what are your opinions? |

I haven't tried it personally, but plenty of others here have with reportedly good results. I'd go for it if it was my bike. |

Ok, I will do it. How much then? I have read it takes 1 quart. I read to put the whole thing in. Comments? |

Only fill till fluid touches the diaphram spring with the bike upright and level, no more. Overfilling will cause your clutch to drag and make shifting difficult. Capacity is 32 ounces, but upon refill some residual fluid remains, so usually 28 to 30 ounces will do the job. |
