I live in NJ and plan on purchasing an XB12S within the next couple weeks. The best price I saw on the internet was $8995 from a dealer in FL. I'm hoping to purchase a bike locally for $9500 cash including tax/tags, etc. Is this realistic and what has been the best price some of you have paid? Any information would be helpful. Thanks! |

i bought my 2004 xb12r late in the season(2004) from Eddison HD/Buell in NJ. the new buells were just comming out that week. his name was pete. real good guys down there. gave me a smoking deal on it for making the drive. 7,800.00 out the door. i was emailing dealers up and down the east coast for the best deal. no one would budge off msrp around here.(MA). i think i was just lucky as i was going back and forth on dealers who were fighting for my buisiness. nobody (HD) wanted the buell line and were just getting rid of them at that time. they had an awsome party that weekend also..free food and jack and cokes. cant ask for much more. they were the nicest people i talked to so i went w/ them. they seemed to know buells the best back then also. give them a try. he may still work there. |

I paid $7,500 out the door two weeks ago for a leftover 05 XB12S. It came to $8,006 with tax, title, etc. The same dealer had a leftover 04 that went for $600 less the same day. They are probably still out there if you keep looking. |

Where is Daves? I'm in NJ so I would prefer a dealer somewhat local. I'm leaning towards Edison or Kosco unless someone else has another suggestion and I may consider a 2005 leftover. |

I bought mine on eBay, 2004 12R, 3600 miles for 6100, just down the road. Didn't know about those leftovers tho. They sound good to me! |
