I got that undertail at American Sport Bike about a year ago. I'm not sure that Al is going to continue carrying them because that Ermaxx company is over in France and they are a pain in the ass according to Al. It is a really good looking undertail, but it does require some modification. All of the connections are the wrong size since they are made for the European models, and if you get one go ahead and check all of the bulb connections before you put it on and save yourself some time. Mine were wired so that the ground wire was touching the power wire and it shorted my electrical system out. My first one also cracked somehow, so Al sent me another one and it has LED turn signals which soved the wiring problem. All and all a really nice looking product that once it is mounted and wired correctly kicks ass. If you buy one from Al you also get the best customer service out there with it. Al took care of me no questions asked, and he has and will continue to receive the bulk of my business because of it. Thanks Al!

We're still carrying them. It's a PITA to get them here, which is part of why we charge what we do. I've tried to find out who this guy is on EBAY selling them, from what I've been able to figure out, it isn't from a legit Ermax dealer. We suddenly got a bunch of requests for cleartailight/clear TS replacement lights because he shows the clear lenses but sells the red/amber ones only and can't get the others. We got a bunch for those folks and screwed ourselves in the process and ran out or clear lights for the tails we have in stock. I've got a shipment on the way here now, so we'll have all versions back in stock shortly. As James indicated, they come with metric bullets, the turn signals need .156" bullets crimped on, and the tail lights need 1/4" spades. Standard auto parts store stuff, but I try to remember to put the right connectors in the box when we ship. Ermax still only makes them in White, Battle Blue, Black and red. Haven't seen yellow or Thrust Blue yet. Al |

I have the same kit that Olin has. I love it! Al kept me informed concerning shipping and made sure that I understood up front that it may take a while to get. Take a look at Al's website for info on the undertail kit. Lots of colors (base color and lens color) as well as light options (bulb or LED). The kit was a snap to install. You have to trim out the box under the passenger seat to make room for the marker light wire recepticles. Nothing a patient hand armed with a Dremel can't handle. You must note though, the the LED turn signal lights (shown on Olins pics) are NOT DOT approved and you MAY be rejected at the Inspection station. |

Good point Ponytail. I used to not have to worry about inspection in Illinois, but now I'm in Missouri, so the blinkers could be a problem. I'm thinking about registering the bike in Kansas just so I don't have to get an inspection. Maybe I will. I'm sure that the MO inspection guys won't be to hot on my mods. |

One other thing worth pointing out. I used to get these with the tail lights and turn signals already installed. It was a PITA trying to predict who wanted what type (i.e., clear, amber, red, led, Incandescent, etc), but even more to the point, The Ermax routing for the turn signals is poorly done. As a result, when they bonded the signals in, they tended to protrude,, be uneven, and in the process of forcing them in, they sometimes would break the bond between the lens and the housing. So I now bring them in un-installed, and do it myself. I touch up the routing on each one so they fit right, clamp them in properly while the glue dries, etc. It makes a big difference. I bet the clown on Ebay doesn't do any of this. Heck, he doesn't even tell you that what you see isn't what you get. David, $10 for shipping, so 309 for red/amber incandescent, $369 for Clear/clear/LED tail/Incandescent turn signal. Zeke, A Clear LED tail/Clear Incandescent turn signal kit would be $83.90. Just got some in today. Al |

wow... Al, you really take care of us bad webbers. Once I decide that I want to do it, I will definitely get mine through you. I mean, for about a hundred bucks more, I will get one that I know I will like, and I will know that it was assembled with love. |

Same here Al, I'll for sure put an order in with you as soon as I secure the funds. I just need to convince the wife that it is a "safety upgrade". |

I STILL wanna know were this one came from. Ermax says they MIGHT offer them in FAKE cf eventually but they don't as of now. (Can't really see it in these shots but this one IS either real or fake carbon fiber)
