OK Ray, here it is. Add the following names to your address book. Jeannie Mucklestone 206-623-3343 Tom Ellington 253-475-1225 Both of these attorneys names were given to me by other motorcyclists who had positive results in their cases with them. Jeannie works from the Seattle area and Tom in the Tacoma area. They do travel if necessary but it'll cost ya. Jeannie took care of the Winthrop incident that Mike and I were involved in - ask Bob the next time you're at the Swiss. Tom handled a ticket I received while going camping with the family in the van. 70+ in a 60. Talk about criminal. Anyway, both infractions were kept off my record and I graciously made a couple of donations to a worthy cause. I am amazed that these people are able to do what they do. Both are very good. Your results may vary, Matt |

Ray, this year I haven't seen a professional football team north of San Francisco. Maybe the Ducks can set up an exhibition game with the Seahawks for a late season win. Wanna talk a little Baseball? Chris |

Chris: It's been said that the Ducks have the best owner in collage football. If you think being 7-4 (3-4) is bad, just imagine where they'd be without Phil Kight. They'd be pulling seats out of Autzen Stadium. Tequila!!! I don't pay much attention to Triple A baseball so maybe Basketball would be better. I see in this mornings paper the Trailblasers are in fourth place, three and a half games out of first after only 10 games of the season. The team on top of the standings wears green and yellow if that makes you feel any better. |

Ray, I feel honored to admit to being a 1989 UW Husky Alum! Three older sisters and one brother in law all Ducks. A sweet victory after last year's bye. On to the Apple Cup (although I will admit that it would please me to see the Cougs in the nat'l championship game...the pac10's been absent too long. Now back to your regularly scheduled 2-wheel talk. |

And speaking of two wheels, if anyone knows someone looking for a Ducati, a friend of mine just bought a Fat Boy (motorcycle that is)and is looking to get rid of his 95 Monster. Yellow, carbon everything, 35k miles. I think he's asking $6800. If anyone has an interest I can get the exact details. |

Does it look like Sunday morning at the IMS for most people here? I'll be heading out early from Cloverdale. I wouldn't mind hooking up with a few Border Raid/SPLASH people while there. Anyone from the Lower Mainland area interested? |

Ray, 5 points for each question answered correctly. Who is the owner of the Seattle Seahawks? Who is the owner of the Portland Trail Blazers? Who is the General Manager of the Seattle Seahawks? Who is the General Manager of the Portland Trail Blazers? The next question is worth 15 bonus points, Do you see a pattern starting to develop? Chris |

The Trail Blazers would be in serious trouble if the head coach's initials were M.H. wouldn't they? Is my computer just a worn out, low down, dirty rotten, virus ridden, slow thinking piece of horse meat or is the BadWeB BBS just being really really slow tonight? I have a weeks vacation between Christmas and New Years and I swear to God that between now and Jan 1st I'am going to reformat my hard drive, upgrade to Windows XP, change Internet providers, and re-install every program I own and some that I don't. My Nortons says I don't have a virus but I'll bet after I reformat my HD the computer will be twice as fast (or only half as slow, depending on your personal point of view). Speaking of SLOW... My wife bought a brand new iMac and we gave her old one to my daughter, and then gave Bethany's old one to my mother. We reformatted that old iMac and reinstalled MS Office, Quicken etc. before we gave it to mom. WOW! Is that five year old computer S--L--O--W--!!! Makes me want to get a new box rather than screw with my old one. Hey, I only missed the lottery by five numbers on Saturday, I'm on a roll. One new 20 zillion mhz Pentium 4 comming right up. |

Oh, come on. The BadWeB server isn't that slow. Somebody post something. Buell's suck and any fool that rides one should me made to ride in the rain 'til her panties get wet! I'm a man! A real MAN I tell ya! I ride a real bike and I ride my real bike in the rain, I ride it in the sun, I ride it in the snow and ice. I ride it as often as I darn well feel like and I ride it just as far as I want to. NOBODY tells me how, when or where to ride my real bike! Just to prove what a real man I am I'm going to go to bed right now and start reading the third Harry Potter book. Take that you sissyfied punks! |

Not that anybody really cares I suppose, but... Destination HD in Tacoma still doesn't have a new XB9S Lightning on the floor. They do have 5 or 6 Firebolts though. I don't know what Downtown or Eastside are charging but Ed's House Of Pain wants $10,360. Gee, what'll I do? $8,900 will get me a new Triumph Daytona with 130 h.p. or I could spend $10,360 for a 92 h.p. Buell. Or I could wait until next spring and get a Suzuki SV-1000 for $8,000. $7,900 would buy a Kawasaki ZRX1200R, or maybe a Honda Super Hawk for $9,000. Tough choices. I hate to rank Buell's on a Buell BBS but the darn things are seriously overpriced. Cool bike, but overpriced. Time for the Apple Cup. Gotta go. |
