hi
been using the bike a lot in the last few weeks in the rain & salt ,seems that the front brake is sticking on ,pulled apart late last night and cleaned ,one of the pistons was'nt returning as quick as the other .what can be used as a lube for the piston, because when you buy new seals it comes with a lube, anyone have the same problems with the winter salt and crud, can't be doing a monthly brake strip and clean? thanks

Remove caliper and pads. clean caliper with warm soapy water and a soft brush (tooth brush works well).
Thats how I've always done it.

I use Motul Brake Cleaner and a toothbrush to clean the caliper and pistons (keep it off the wheels tho') then lube with silicon compound or Copaslip.

Unfortunately Roly if you're riding daily on our salt-strewn roads a monthly cleanup is almost inevitable.
