That is the coolest paint job on a gun I have ever seen. Well it is the only paint job on a gun that I have seen.

Road Thing...

Ever take much heat on the pink gun down there in the land where "men are men and sheep run scared?" Or is that just a personality thing like me wearing a Chicago Bears sweatshirt to a Packer Bear game? Just wondering...

Newfie...

Rattle snakes taste more like chicken that "Killer Bunnies." LMAO

Once my first wife made a chicken that tasted like a rabbit. We laughed for hours over the Oops!

Geez, I need to get out more. Everything I see around here is walnut, black or camo. Who ever would have known? Must admit I like the custom color concept, but that pink just reminds me of a Harley I saw a "Real Woman" riding on at the State Rally this year. LMFAO (The "F" stands for Freezing.)

Well, the good news is, nobody ever picks my guns up by mistake! You have to shoot the pink one pretty well to avoid merciless ribbing from your buddies, though. Since I've spent a good part of the last 15 years shooting clay pigeons and live birds, I can usually hold my own. I've even used "Pinky" on preserve pheasants when they're not flushing wild. Inside 20 yards, a .410 really knocks 'em down.

Thanks for the insight. I just really got a kick out of the colored stocks. Like I said, I need to get out more often. Lot's of new stuff like this going on and I am clueless. On the humorous side, you have to admit that the Pink makes a Bold Statement.

Happy Hunting!

I like the red & yellow scheme on that shotgun. Is that a 12ga, my father has a semi-auto 12ga that you can jam 5 shells in. Up here its plugged for three. Bang five of the rounds off and thats power. Also got a double barrel 12ga as well - another fine gun

Tom,
Another feature of the colored stocks is you don't have to lock your gun cabinet.....

Newfie: The red & yellow one is a 20. I rarely hunt with a 12, can't stand the recoil any more.

Littledog: You're right about that. Most of my friends don't even want to touch them. Especially the pink one!

We're required to plug back three shots for migratory birds (doves, ducks, geese) but not for quail. I leave my guns plugged all the time because I've got steel rods in place of the plastic plugs-I like the extra weight forward, it helps me swing the guns smoother. In my experience, if I my target's still flying after three shots, two more shots are usually wasted.

I can't seem to get mad enough at the ducks and geese to hunt them (don't care for the taste, nor for getting up at an ungodly hour to go lay in the freezing swamps to hunt) but I dearly love to hunt and eat doves and quail. Especially in Mexico.

I was in South Dakota last month hunting pheasants-that was a lot of fun, but it's WAY north of Interstate 10, and R-T tries to stay south of that highway.

Whats all this white shi t

RT, you are aware that those pudgy little quail see in color don't you? If you haven't bagged any yet, those paint jobs might explain it. But I'm just a bow hunter, what do I know! I haven't got a quail yet!

BTW, please explain what that is sticking out the rear of the jeep. It isn't a permanent fixture is it?

X1G: Bow hunter, that explains the resemblence between you and Ted Nugent!! Come to think of it, that pic I took of you the other day had a kind of Gene Simmons feel to it, too...

The after protruberence on the Jeep is a dog box, and it looked pretty permanent to me. Of course, those jeeps are dedicated hunting vehicles, I don't think they see any road use.
