Did the recall shock come with tools? I'd really like to set my preload but don't wanna mess up the fasteners with kludgey tools. My bike didn't come with any tools. If there are specific part #'s I'd love to have 'em. -Saro |

The recall shock didn't come with any tools that I know of. Just use a sturdy slip-jaw smooth jaw wrench. I'd tell you how I did mine, but I'd get yelled at. ( click here: http://www.chetart.com/monkeywrench.jpg ) |

if you've got a good hardware store handy, their biggest adjustable wrench will likelhy fit othern that, a Spud Wrench (smooth jawed pipe wrench) also works well -- I got mine at Home Depot, for around 20 cash dollars murican |
