Guys, I have a '97 S1 and my rotor really chatters, like you can move it about 1/8 inch on the drive pins. I had a '96 and remember it moving and making noise but these seems excessive. I've been out of the game for a little but do I remember right about 'upgrading' to say a X1 carrier and rotor? Thanks, Lee |

Either that or an EBC rotor. I like the EBC. When you say that you can move the rotor 1/8" on the drive pins, do you mean you can rotate the rotor CW then CCW through 1/8 travel at the pins or are you meaning 1/8" perpendicular to the plane of the rotor (along axis of pins)? |

I have a 98 S1 and after I upgraded to the X1 rotor the problem went away. The only problem I now have is getting the front brake caliper off because the clearance sucks and now that the rotor will not bend out like it did before. I had to grind part of my caliper off to get clearance. |

Thanks Blake and LaFayette. Blake, I was on EBC's site and didn't see anything. You don't happen to have a P/N or price do you? Thanks, Lee |
