Hey...I got my bike back from Mike's Famous HD in DE a few weeks back and I am very disappointed. First off, I know that I had the bike in their shop for entirely too long. I could not get to the shop because of business schedules but when I got the bike back there was a sizable scratch on the saddle bag and the front exhaust clamp was laying on top of my chin fairing. The bike was horribly dirty and I noticed heavy scratch marks on the right hand side of the bike. These particular scratches are fine and may be able to come out through a detailing process but the other mark on the saddle bag is all the way through. I do have some touch-up paint for my S3T but I dont want it to look horrible. I know a re-paint of my fiber glass parts is an option but how much would that cost? I am guessing that it would be wise for me to take it to a shop to see about having the bike detailed and then decide later on the re-paining part. I have not started the process of taking the bike back the Mike's Famous and dealing with having the shop repair the issue. I am just trying to get an idea of my options. Thanks. |
