Was just wondering if anyone had heard anything??? I was needing to change the fluids in the bike and went to the Local AutoZone that usually carries the Mobil 1 V-Twin oil. The guy there said they had sent back a lot of Mobil 1 oils??? I went to wally world and target to get some regular 15W/50, neither had any. They both had the thinner (10W/30 5W/ etc) oils but no 15W/50... Hmmmmm Anybody??? Kevin |

They are likely pulling all "older versions" of M1 15W-50 that have been replaced by the newer extended mileage versions. The other weights weren't pulled as they continue on side by side with as regular M1. |

Brucelee, you're probably right... I went to the Mobil 1 site and they aren't going to make a 15W/50 in the standard version. I did notice this morning that the standard was $20 and change for a 5qt jug and the Extended stuff was $25 and change. I did find a few quarts(15W/50 Extended stuff) at a pep boys today,$5 and change a quart... Kevin |
