Yes. having fun is fun. Here is something I want to go to: http://www.ohtm.org/*motorcycles.html Mike and I went there last year but we missed the crowd because we were too late showing up. I think the thing to do is get there at opening. If you have an old bike, they let you in and you become part of the show I think the cutoff age is 1980. I wonder if my old iron would make the run? |

Anyone still thinking of coming up to Owls Head? Cut off for display is 85 I believe (20+ years) Lots of bikes to see outside as well. Best to get there before lunch 10 to 11 ish. |

Yes I totally plan on getting there this year. I would love to take my '79 but I will probably just bring my X1. If it rains, I might chicken out. |

Well Owls head was good this year. Lots of bikes old and new showed up. As I was walking around there were 4 other Buells besides mine. Two Orange X1's and an X1 White Lightning. The other was an X1 but with lots of carbon Fibre. Red wheels Grey frame. Tough lookin bike. |

Mine was the dirty X1 with riding gear thrown across it. That white bike was in perfect condition. |

I spoke with him (X1W) while we looked at the carbon fibre one. If you did not see it, it was behind you as you took that picture and one row back. |

Man! I can't understand how I missed it. I didn't really talk to the X1W guy. I did however flag him down to park in with me. Funny, no XBs came. They must really be punishing on a long ride. |

Last year there were two of them and one x1 plus an s3t. I forgot the camera so I could not get a pict of it. I talked to him last year befor he did the carbon fibre. His next move is to crome the frame. it's grey now. It also had double head lights and a very small carbon fly screen so at first glance it did not even look like a buell. Second glance there was no mistaking the V Twin. Very kool bike. |
