I have to say he is everything I have read or heard about him. Very personable, approachable, articulate and (obviously) intelligent. I didn't know about it until I got an email from the gobuell site, mentioning the chance of EricK being there- on Friday night! I didn't even know there WAS a Quaker Steak this close to home... I've only been to the one in Sharon, PA.
