Paul,disconnect speedo,and pin throttle.Works for me---.Or get one of those bicycle speedos that go up to 999 mph.I actually checked around and of course our S-2's have a different speedometer ratio than most other motorcycles so a simple swap was out.
What the heck are you doing looking at a speedometer anyway? You are supposed to have your face buried in the paint of the gas tank? |

The Screech will be in tow. We spent a bit to much time at that bar to crack the Screech out, otherwise you would have missed your meeting at the dealership and I would have gotten up with a MUCH worse hangover.

All,
My laptop is being a real pain in my arse, got struck by lighting a good 3 years ago and it is on it's last legs now. I can access the internet, but have lost all of my pics and adventures, save RANE (backed up on about 10 CDs), so I'm not a happy camper right now. I've 33 square of shingles to hang in the morning, meet up with IAmike and his son Drew for a ride tomorrow afternoon, and then I'm going to replace this POS laptop tomorrow evening, go to the wing cookout and pound a lot of beers.
I've started packing the saddle bags, the Screech is there, along with a package I promised Ferris a long, long time ago and misplaced in moving. I suck. This is going to be a hell of an adventure.
So Madduck is working LSR stuff, just how many miles are going to be on that Uly before it gets to him?

You are the man, you are going to have a motorcycle with a ton of stories and history when it gets to you...
And I've still got a month to wait!!!

We run production so working stock parts are critical.
Got a cool picture taken by one of the professionals out there last year. Beutiful sight, S2 flat out on the salt.

well Ol' Dog, this is gonna work out fine for the BOTH of us, as Topeka H-D/Buell will be doing the 1k service on Madduck's Ulysses bright and early Tuesday morning September 6th.
slappin' hands with you would be an honor, my friend, i do hope your schedule permits.
