Hey there! This is my first post here. I've been scrolling thru the picture archive in search for a XBs with a XBr tailpiece. I haven´t been able to find one so I thought I would ask if there's somebody who has such a picture? Either a photoshop or the real deal would be nice. You can e-mail me at bjorn_li@msn.com or post it here. Thanks in advance! Ps. Any wrong spelling or such is because i'm Swedish |

The black one above is no more as it had a mishap that totaled it owned by Buellj79. The yellow and white one is from Tsmith4378 and here is his site: http://www.tsmithbuellxb9slr.com/ |

It's weird, I was originally thinking about converting my front to the R style and keeping the S rear, but then I decided to go the opposite route and I really like how agressive the rear R tails look with the S front and also how naked the bike still looks. For those that dont know, Trojan, our sponsor, make a rear conversion for an S even easier with a simply fiberglass piece that replaces the stock S seats. The XB Pad you see is an additional cost, but kicks butt. You dont have to change any wiring and it requires only 3 bolts to hold it, 2 of which the bike already has in the front. I was hot for an R tail on "Ol Yaller", but I went for a chopped cheese grater and a fiberglass seat cowl from American Sports Bike, and I do like the look. Makes the bike look a little more like a pit bull:-) ( Not that saving about $700 and a weeks work had anything to do with it:-). I did Photoshop a nice Black and Yellow XB12S with an R tail though:-) Hmmm.... now I am not sure which I like best....:-) |
