Bike is 4 years old, 13k miles. I was looking at the front mount and it "looks" fine. Then I was looking at the swingarm mounts and noticed the bolt sits nearly at the bottom of the mount with maybe a screwdriver gap (Flathead) distance. Anyone have pictures of a new mount installed, or what its supposed to look like? here are left side pics. http://www.westcoastelite.com/images/left1.jpg http://www.westcoastelite.com/images/left2.jpg Here are right side pics. http://www.westcoastelite.com/images/right1.jpg http://www.westcoastelite.com/images/right2.jpg -Jason viper@westcoastelite.com (Message edited by wceviper on July 27, 2005) |

Looks normal to me. They are supposed to be off-center. also, you have the NEW strong kind. Mine are still the original 2000 kind and haven't broke yet. I think I got the ONE good set sold that year |

Those isolators are fine! The new ones do not go bad period and yes they are offset in the hole so stop worrying and just ride it! |
