cause i dont have photoshop <---broke ass bastard
Have a Buell style rubber peg, the springloaded ones with sparks shooting off it and in the sparks reads "BWB
for the Buell enthusiast"
Encorperated into the sparks. and of corse the peg will be dragging on the ground. Think one of yopu guys could photoshop that one up?

Shoot. I wish I had something simple and practical like a white www.badweatherbikers.com logo on a black sticker to replace the electrical tape/sun visor I have on my face shield. That would go a little ways to help solve the BadWeb identity crisis, especially for us California Touring Adventurers.
Maybe adding the handle would help too, waddya think?

Sparky- Your wish is my command. Give me the size you want and I'll have it to you in the mail in a couple days. I am just starting a vinyl graphics business so this is what I do (on the side) give me the size you want the black background and the size and color of the letters, I have metallic silver, glittery black and silver, color changing magenta to gold, brushed aluminum, carbon fiber, and just about any other regular color you can think of. Spiderman- If you could please send me a pic to work with to give me more of an idea of what you want. If I come up with something, my idea will probably be different and we want you to get what you want. It's probably best if we keep this post on topic and keep it about the logo. If you guys have a specific off topic request please send an e-mail to me at sweetdaddydelicious@hotmail.com I'm relatively new to the board and don't want to to offend anyone or have people think I'm just trying to sell stuff. I have made a very cool badweb logo out of vinyl that I will post soon when I get the file size down. I won't be selling these though unless I get the permission of the moderators. My goal here is to help and get helped- not make a few dollars and get kicked off. |

Thanks SDD (I refuse to call anyone by your chosen handle, sorry)  .
BadWeB recently sent the logo out for printing and stickerization. Unfortunately the home spun business up and disintegrated. Intentions were good but some family issues interfered. That's good news for you though! Please send me a quote and you idea. Anyone else wanting to get in on BadWeB supporting merchandise (shirts, hats, visor tapes, ...) please chime in. The site could definitely use an infusion of revenue.
The logo consensus discussion died with the Buell knockoff logo in the clear lead. We'll go with that with the words "For Buell Enthusiasts" aesthetically integrated into the design. |

I'm up for an oval decals and patch hat. And the Visor tape is just too cool an idea not to do. make the pay system Paypal (or some other easy online system) and make ordering it easy. |

This is what I have come up with so far. (I have both black and white liscense plates) I can incorporate the oval around it pretty easily if that is what is agreed on. The response has been great from people wanting to purchase things! The thing is, I kind of want to do this right. Whoever the fine soul who helps us all out and started badweb is, is probably going to get offended if I go behind their back and start selling their logo all over the place. I'm sure they will want to do the selling. And I'm not saying this is their logo. It is just what I made based on what I saw above. If the moderators agree that this is their logo or tell me what changes they want made and give me permission to sell it, then I will be able to provide them to you, or to them to sell to you. I need to talk to whoever runs the list first though. Believe me, just getting started out I would love to make some money and help Buell people at the same time. But I don't want to start out by getting sued, flamed, or ousted by these fine people whose knowledge I have been greatly blessed with for the past year.

Sent you an e-mail last week asking if you could call me when you got a chance to discuss the logo and the products,- how you wanted to handle distribution or if you didn't want to deal with it and let me do it. Anyway if you would be so kind as to give me a call or send me your number off the list we can get it finalized and get them out there! I'm working on helmet visors tonight and I'll try to post a pic of my helmet with one on it on the crash helmet pics board.

Sorry guys, I'll get some new pics up soon, of the visor and logo with oval around it. Just havn't had any time with working 12 hour days and an hour commute each way to and from work. After that I have to work on the paying vinyl jobs I have going - graduations keeping me busy with banners and such. Thought I would have a few free minutes last night but something more important came up- my Streetfighter pipe came in. Oh yeaaaahhh! The garage called louder than the computer. Sometimes ya just gotta listen to the garage. No word back from anybody about the logo production though. Maybe there isn't any real interest. |

Is this what you guys were thinking for visors? I made the matte black background 1" tall. The rest of the helmet is just decals too. It's a cheapo HJC from a bike show.  |

I've never heard anything back despite multiple requests. If anyone really really want's anything contact me off the board at sweetdaddydelicious@hotmail.com I have the above logo that I put on the liscense plate and I can put the oval out of the Buell logo around it if that's what you like. Finally got most of my jobs dwindled down, just a couple banners left for work, some bike stripe kits, and a giant pegasus for a trailer. Then I'm off on my first big motorcycle trip next week. From Southern MI to Cape Cod! Over 800 miles for the shortest route. I guess I'll be able to tell you all what kind of touring bike an M2 makes! If you got any hints, tips, or advice, please shoot me an e-mail. And if you see an grey M2 with orange frame, wheels, and racing stripes, honk and wave!

Work in progress . . .
. . . the final form will have both bags repainted flat black (a function over form decision - too many scratchs/too expensive to recoat the clear coated silver) with the original "Billet" showing through the semi-transparent decals.
The decals were made by "barrowing"  the images, editing slightly in Corel and then printing on HP Transparency stock through my Deskjet 890C. Warning: The transparency stock is too stiff for effective use on compound curving body parts and will look like schnit up close. This has obviously never bothered me in the past, and was of no concern with the covers shown above.

I like your visor sticker but would have capitalized the B-W-B like "BadWeatherBikers.com"
I'll set up a page for orders if you will agree to allocate 30% of gross receipts to benefit web site maintenance and operating expenses. You'll need to handle everything...shipping, paypal and/or whatever collection method you desire until the BadWeB store is up and running.

Spidy- no prob. I've got the artwork done and ready to go, maybee just some slight distorting for the ideal fitment on the flyscreen. I live in Monroe, and work in Farmington Hills but don't get to the Arb too often. Been super busy lately. Made it back from my bike trip to Cape Cod, now at the end of this week it's off to Chicago for a Hot Import Nights car show. |
