Trying to find a set of crossroads bars, and rear sets for my X1, I know I can get them new, but I am a broke active duty type....so, I will try to find a set that someone tried, but wasnt comfortable with, etc.... If anyone can help, great...drop me a PM, or post here.... Thanx all Chase |

Chase...unless you plan on using the bike for track or racing, don't go with both. Trust me, you'll hate yourself (at least after 20 minutes) |

Cant be anyworse than a regular crotch rocket...and I can tolerate those for a long while,...besides, I woudl switch back to my regular gear for my long trips up north.... I wanna get the crossroads bars...period... And need better peg clearance.... maybe try a set of GP's from Al, but I need the bars first Chase |

Chase...I'm just an old man with a bad back I could ride all day with the Crossroads bars. Highly recommend them!! Once I added the rearsets (old Buell Pro Series with 4" back and 2" up), it hasn't been the same. Picture of my Crossroads:

If your laying down already you be fine. If you get the chance have some one polish them before you put them on the billet looks like chrome on them and it takes half the time as the cast parts. |

Yeah, I can lay down, but it is difficult to control, as my shoudlers are the same hieght as the bars when laying down.... And I prefer the raw/machined look personally... The only polished/chrome on here, is, the pushrod tubes.. and the billet catch can..thats it.. Chase |
