http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=35573&item=455 7520163&rd=1&ssPageName=WDVW I mean...Take one of the most innovative features of our bikes and make it look and handle like everything else out there? No, seriously, kudos for the design and workmanship, but I'm baffled beyond belief. This is due to peer pressure, isn't it. All your Gixxer buddies were making fun of your can under the bike, weren't they? |

The craftsmanship looks good, the concept is stupid. |

Kevin was probably just bored and wanted to make something different. Not my style, but I'm sure some poser will love it. |

Kevin doesn't have an eBay account. I know because he asked that I handle his eBay sales & I didn't do this one..... lol. I do remember some guy asking Kevin to make a side pipe which he really didn't agree with. It was a couple of years ago as I recall. I don't remember if he ever made it or not. |

Yeh I made it over a year ago for a guy that wanted a side mount pipe and make it perform and it be loud also....after it was finished he didn't want it and a friend of mine saw it in the box and wanted to put it on ebay and sell it for me, so here we are....I didn't ask anyone to agree or disagree with the concept, I simply did what I was asked to do and you see the response... Spoke to Kevin on the phone. It was a fellow badwebber who asked for it & then changed his mind. |

I dont even mind the look-my negative comment was based upon the "decentralization of Mass" that would make Erik Buell bang his head against the wall if he saw that ! |

Love to see that bike show up at homecoming next year... $20 that Erik would kick over the bike. Again not knocking Kevin in anyway.. It just shows just because people have money, doesn't mean they have common sense. (More money than sense) (Message edited by gjmcmanus on June 21, 2005) |
