does anyone know of where a guy can get some upper & lower belt guards that aren't carbon fiber and not the RRC upper belt guard, and not the Trojan-horse acrylic belt guards?

I'm looking for something (preferably) machined aluminum that looks good and contours the rear swingarm/belt. thanks in advance!

I made my own out of Stainless steel, here ar some pics of it. The second picture is more recent since I polished the rear swing arm. I skipped putting a lower gaurd on and just cut the tabs off with a cutting wheel. I have a regular steel one at my house left over that could be painted if you are interested.

well if it don't exist, and you cant just buy it from our sponsors here..... I'd just love the opportunity to show you what I can do with my cnc mill. I personally would like to make some for myself soon and it's easy to press cycle start twice.

I Don't have that stuff unfortunately. I built my stainless one from a piece of scrap that the manufacturing company my mom works at bent for me. It started as just a 10" long with on side 2" wide and the other 4". Then I traced the curvature of the pulley onto the piece and cut it out using a cutting disc and my 6" bench grinder. I then sanded it and polished to shine. It was my first experiance working with stainless and took me total about 8 hrs till I was happy with the piece. I like it alot and get many complements on it. Most aftermarket places don't care for it since it "adds weight". I thought about using aluminum, but I got the stainless for free so that's what it got made out of!

Dan, I read your last goaround with WileyCo. Man... I think they are being a real pain now. Sorry to hear about your troubles. I think it's crazy for them to ask you to send them the system to inspect it. I sent two or three pics and they sent me a new system right away.

I would deffinately go after Cas4 for false advertising if they never stated the system was an outdated design.
