Well, from the way the darn weather looks I won't be getting much riding in right now due to it being really crappy. So, I was wondering. My bike has right around 9700 miles on it. Would it be to soon to just do my 10K now? I can't do the forks until I get my spring compression tool which I'll be ordering today but I can do everything else. |

Sure, a few hundred miles either way makes no difference. You might want to purchase a shop manual, and do all or some of the required maintenance yourself. Some items are really not to hard to do. And you know you did them right. |

Have the service manual. Plan on doing all of the work. Just ordered the spring compression tool for the forks and have come up with a fork holder tool equivalent. I'll take pics of my work and post up about it for those who may be interested. |
