Anyone heard of Frogg Toggs? These things are great, lightweight, breathable and 100% waterproof!! I highly recommend so far, let me get into a downpour and I will let you know. |

Did you get 'em from Cycle Gear? I saw 'em the other day. How do they fit? |

I'm looking at getting those, also. Where did you get yours? I found some at Bass Pro Shops, but not much selection. |

My gear is still drying out from monday. I have a summer helper working with me. He is going to MMI. in late July. Last summer he built by hand a scooter/ with hand made frame and 6HP briggs. This thing hand custom made brakes and a wheelie bar. |

S_b....saw it. Did you notice the air bubbles in the pic? Is that that same people you got yours from? Some others on the board have purchased from that company and have been really disappointed in quality and fit. Funny you should bring that up. I was messing around in the garage last night thinking of something I could make to feed my habit and I thought of a seat cowl. I can mold my own seat and do a test fit with some thermal plastic (polypropylene) before the I make the CF. We'll see if I can free up some time. |

We'll see if I can free up some time. When you figure that one out, let me in on the secret. |

Yes it is the same co. The fit left a little to be desired, I had to modify the tank extention's so they would curve a little more. Is the polypropylene a finishable product? Can it be worked and painted? |

S_B....Poly pro can be molded in color. I do have some black. It, however, cannot be painted. I will not stick |

So...should I do some sort of faring design like a symetrical dip (like the one on Ebay) in the sides or just smooth and round like the shape of the seat? (Message edited by black_sunshine on June 01, 2005) |

The design looks cool if its not too hard to duplicate or something creative of your own. I think no mater what you do, with your experience you can make it look good. Give it a shot that would be a cool addition to the Nemesis Project. |
