DJ,I bent the handle of my center stand to eliminate the above stability problem. Still works great, just goes a bit more over center in the up position. BY |

WOW I just looked at that pic, I refuse my brain to produce the emotion of jelousy , so I have to revert to a controled mix of grief and anger that I didnt have the oportunity to buy this bike. My mission this spring was to buy an x1 with blood red determination, im sure it could have changed seeing this. What a smoking deal!!!! cheers! (Message edited by mmmi_grad on May 20, 2005) |

I paid $7,000 for a new 2002 M2L in 2002. I still have it, and wouldn't part with it. |

great bike with all the goodies. I am jealous- I ride my 2000 m2 for sport touring and have soft luggage(tankbag, saddlebags and tailbag) but would like more wind protection. What kind of fairing do you have? Does it attch to headlight or forks or handlebars? |

I found myself thinking "Wow what are all these awesome bikes doing still in the dealership after two or three years." But then I went down to the local Suzi/Honda dealer for some new plugs and noticed that in one store alone they had 5 @'02, 4 @'03 and 6 @ '04. So I guess a few lonely Buells languishing on the showroom floor isn't that strange after all. Rob |

Interesting observation REK , you know i still laugh when i thought Harleys business was going to slump after or around Sept 11th but it really didnt. Few weeks ago while talking with a old HD aftermarket shop owner he informed me that just about all motorcycle companys stock has been going up Exept BUELL. At the time he could have told me anything about motorcycle stocks and so maybe this isnt even true. I know I can tell you that at this time the guys around here with familys cant afford to ride and maintain a 5000 motorcycle. |

That is what I am wanting to do with my M-2..I have the brackets and the bags, just to get a special bracket made to mount the brackets...maybe you can post a photo of how they mounted the top luggage bracket to the frame? Thanks, REX |

Cliff: Congrats on the M2-T We were also considering that bike, however when we heard a Badweather member was interested we made an alternative purchase. A 2002 S3T with all the goodies. Once again, enjoy |

I usually don't cruise this board often as I am a Fuel Framer but I have to say Wow! What a deal! Congratulations! The M2 does indeed rock! I've ridden a buddy's M2 (Bigblock's) a few times and it is what made me want a Buell. Admittedly, the XB is what made me need a Buell. Congrats again on such a great find. I'm sure you're loving her immensely. |
