my wifes blast grinds when you put it in gear also down shifting i adjusted the cluck but to no avail any suggestions would be helpful thanks dan also dose any one have a complete head light assembly thanks | ||

Did you adjust the clutch at the primary? Have you tried blipping the throttle before shifting into gear? If so and nothing works then this is next - Shift Pawl adjustment and drum pin equalization adjustment. EZ | ||
