the other day I had a problem with my cam gasket. long story short.... I ended up with the exhaust, tank, airbox, rocker covers... arrayed out on the floor as I struggled to get the cams back in. then my x1 just wouldn't run for crap afterward. I was sure I somehow assembled them wrong. but I was even more sure I followed the marks perfectly. WTF? Luckly I sat on the problem for a few days... I only got ast far as three of the exhaust manifold nuts into the re-tearing appart. then my brother says CHANGE THE PLUGS. yeah right I think. it ran fine intil I messed with the cam cover. now the thing would barely go 35 mph down the road. it only would run on one cylinder. on pipe was stone cold. I DESTROYED MY ENGINE!!! (I thouhgt) changed plugs. Runs Great! |
