Is the diameter of the points cover on the XB the same as the tuber's? I know the screw holes are in different locations. |

I "think" there's another set of screw holes under the cover that will allow you to use any cover... I have a classic HD "1" that I'll be putting on my XB . |

There is a backing plate behind the cover. You can drill the rivets out, and thread the holes with a # 10/32 tap. You can then use any Big Twin style covers available. www.norrishp.com/points_covers.htm I also make covers just for the XB, they will replace the stock cover and backing plate. www.norrishp.com/billet_aluminum.htm Both style covers are machined in house from billet aluminum. And can be custom engraved. There is also a ton of aftermarket covers available. |
