I found that going "commando" helps out a lot! That way your junk can just go where ever it wants and not be confined to the space between me and the seat! |

OR YOU COULD DO WHAT I DID AND JUST CUT THEM OFF. |

Make sure you don't polish the seat when cleaning the bike. I'm in a one piece at all times on my R. I polish the seat intentionally to get the movement I want in the corners. Leather sticks quite well to the seat if not polished. I was the same years ago when I got my first bike until I learned to grip with my knees. I sympathise though. |

"I'm in a one piece at all times on my R" I prefer a thong bikini on my S. Sorry, just trying to keep with the spirit of the thread. |

Derrick, Did you ever race Palomar in the first couple years of the CMRRA? I've got a trophy where I beat Hopkins in an endourance race, but he was probably 10 years old at the time. |

Well, if you ride two up, hopefully with a female, she could hold on to 'em for ya... I know , thats not right, but the funny thing is, it's where my wife puts her hands to keep them warm, and, I must say, it IS more comfortable |

heh heh yeah...it'll help keep her hands warm...that's it! Just try to convince her father of that, no matter how old or married you are. |

I have thought it through. From deerhunter's post what would be the proper riding position if for some, last resort reason you find yourself giving a ride to a male. HMMMMMMMMMMMM he would have to ride reverse on the passenger seat, back to back. |

What would happen if you had to stop suddenly? Imagine what her panic grip would do!

Has happened.....more painful to the arms than other. She pays more attention to the ride since then, and when situation dictates, places her hands on the airbox cover to support her own weight. |

YEAHHHH!!!! I tried the biker short thing out this morning on my way to work. Those who recommended that were correct. That solved my problem. I guess I will have to start wearing them when I ride now. At least I wont have any more pain from that. Thanks for all the help. John |
