Their valeting bods managed to 'haze' my Firebolts amber screen at the last service and of course I complained about it. I was expecting a large portion of dealer attitude but hey I got a new screen instead - way to go Chapel-Ash ! Presumably their insurance covers mishaps like this - has anyone else had a shop damage their bike ? |

happens, not like i was "im gonna crash this bike on the test ride" and if i do scratch something, ot a dent...what ever i tell them, i had a bike fall off my lift while i was doing a chrome front end, we tol the guy what happend and he was cool. |
