I've never been in the HD dealer here in Tucson, but several years ago they were fined for "misleading customers about warranty items". If I buy a used or new Buell. I'll have to deal with them - or drive to Phoenix (2.5 hr drive). Anyone here have a comment about them (good or bad)? | ||

I bought my XB there almost 2 years ago. At the time I was pretty ignorant to Buell, I just new I loved the naked look and V-twin noise. I traded my Sporty in for it and it was truly a pain in the •••! Being a former car salesman, I couldn't believe some of the old school "selling" techniques they were throwin' at me. It was almost laughable. Their service dept is kinda hit or miss...the last service I got there soured my stomach. There are a couple of independent American bike shops that I've had work done and had no problems with. I'm moving at the end of the month to Phoenix and will be around the corner from Arrowhead HD (the same group that owns Tucson HD) so we'll see how that goes. Too bad we didn't get to meet for a ride, but check out the Storm Fronts sect for AZ Buellers. We always have something going on. | ||

i dont particularly like the tucson HD guys. they just seem kinda dumb. and the experiences i have had in the part department, its like talkin to 5 year olds when it comes to buell. i bought my bike at chandler HD and i like the sales department there. johnny is a good guy and gave me everything i needed to walk out with a new bike. however their parts department is just as bad if not worse than tucson's. i had a horrible time gettin footpegs from them hahahha. it took me 3 months! anyway if u can make the drive to chandler its worth it for sales i think. it takes me 1.5 hrs from where i live but thats up to you. for parts your guess is as good as mine. maybe arrowhead will be decent? | ||

the tucson hd guys told me they stopped making triple trees for our bikes... enough said... luckyly daves is here and i promptly ordered from him. |
