My loss, your gain...laid it down avoiding a cage left turn, busted up the left side front fairing, removed the turn signal, bent the Banke shifter and rashed the bag cover---16,000 miles, runs excellent, new HD battery, new 'short-eye' shock...no time/money to fix...come and get it $2500, reasonable offers considered. |

Kevyn, park it at my house, we'll slowly fix it up. No need to sell unless you need the $$ for Duc parts? eBay is your friend Hell leave me your cc# and *I'll* slowly fix it up |

This Buell community is just fantastic! Seriously all, I just don't have the $$/time to put it back together. I'm not willing to risk insurance cancellation or a rate increase for a damage claim--don't even have room to pay the deductible. Sad to let it go, I was looking forward to 40MPG and some nice evening commutes this Spring and Summer. The Duc is just fine, whatever comes from the Buell may pay off title on the Duc and give me some breathing room there. The Sportster is next to go. 1968 XLCH. I'm getting married soon, building a garage and doing interior renovations so my future wife has a nice clean, neat and cozy home. My priority now is staying afloat financially and getting my house ready for new life. 2004 was a terrible year in many ways and it's necessary now to focus on the really important stuff, stay focused and be prepared for changes... ...St. Louis, Missouri; bring a trailer or we can swap out a shifter arm, remove the front fairing and you can drive it home. |

The wife says there's no room in the budget but plenty of room in the garage. (after all we're down to 3 bikes). Plenty of room for the Duc also when you start working on the garage. Course you should leave the keys so I can uhm "move it around" just in case |

I'm not sure we want to mess with the Duc, it's rear tire has a bit of steel cord highlighting the center region...beside's it's safe and warm next to its stable mates (325i & XLCH)--actually this evening under the watchful eyes of a pair of huge Rotties...5700 out of a Pirelli Diablo Evo! New Metzler Z6's soon! |
