Was out on a hill in P.V. So. Cal. Some of you reading this will know right where it's at. What an awesome ride! Here is a picture of the left foot peg I touched down a couple of times hangin' way off! Lots-O-Fun.

man i miss riding that portugese bend loop, catching some serious air on some of those big bumps, ferris, dr steve and i got completely airborn there once. in 99 i lived at the corner of narbonne and pch and rode up PV Dr E everyday after work!! love those switchbacks, strafed a few jap bikes right there on the old bolt. go to; www.google.com/maps search; treadleart, lomita, ca zoom in on "A" and follow PV Dr E (South) to where it joins PV Dr S to Rancho PV, one beautiful ride, wish it was 50 miles long though! I'll have to take a ride out there, thanks. In my 25+ years riding in SoCal I've never heard of it. Spent most of the time on the Crest or Ortega or San Berdo mountains but live within stones throw of Carbon Canyon....John |

PV Drive East is just the ride home from work and a great "test site". If you have been riding the Crest & Ortega and Big Bear/Arrowhead then you have been on the best stuff. Those are my favorite roads when I go out for real rides. But to unwind from a drama filled day in a customer call center...and to have a kick a## time, PV Dr. E is the way to go! |

You guys suck! I had to move from Mission Viejo to Philly nearly four years ago. Don't take a single day in Paradise for granted. Also, don't sell your house if you move, because the price might double before you get back. |

Rode Big Bear/Arrowhead 1st time on a Buell this past weekend. Man I'm still grinnin'. Haven't done Ortega Hwy. on it yet. Very soon, though. |

I rode Big Bear many times on my KTM Duke Supermoto bike. It's an awesome ride. Can't wait to ride it on the CityX! It's the most fun when you can ride across the Crest from La Canada then head up to Big Bear but it's going to be awhile before the Crest is open end to end. |

Thanks Dereck. They cancelled our annul year-end meeting right before they layed off 75% of us. I've still got a job, but I won't get my free surf and motorcycle vacation this year. I'll be at the GP in Laguna, are you going? |

I liked the ride from palm desert over the hill to hemet and then down around temecula. RI was too flat for my taste, although there were some nice country roads for sunday cruisers, not a whole lot of leaning(at least not on the roads that I found). |
