I found a (new in box)Vance and Hines SS2R model #16529 designed for a 1999 M2 for $150.00 at my local dealer --- Will it (should it?)fit my 2002 X1? The same pipe with model # 16531 is for the M2/S3T and the X1...

It will fit. The only difference is it has the ugly black headpipe instead of a nice shiny chrome one.
