From Muzzy's Site: Team MUZZY chose the AHDRA National at Gainesville to shake down their new V-Twin Buell. The team experienced the expected gremlins all through qualifying which prevented a complete run down the track. This had Team Muzzy working hard and putting in some late hours Friday and Saturday. Round one eliminations on Sunday brought the first complete run from A to B which resulted in a 7.089/188.4 round win and first leg of a new record. The semi round brought a 7.065/188.28 and a new Pro Gas record. A new gremlin appeared in the final making Ryan shut off early but still winning over mike Lozano. A race win and record on the first outing is way more than we had hoped for. The Team is very pleased with the results and looking forward to the NHRA nationals at Gainesville in two weeks. http://www.muzzys.com/teamdrag.html |

I hope to be at the Gatornationals this weekend. We will probably see the first 6 second Pro Stock bike runs. I will try and get some VRod and Buell pics. frank |

Other than the front fairing and fender, there doesn't appear to be a single Buell part on the "bike"! Kinda looks cool though. Now a Muzzy Buell Road Race team, that would be really neat. (Message edited by jscott on March 17, 2005) |
