I bought another tank to replace the bubbled one on my S1, the "new" tank still has the old style breather so I want to swap the new style breather from my old tank to my new tank. What sealant is good to replace the ring with once its been taken off? Thanks in advance. Hodakaguy |

Don't have to take ring off to remove the breathers.Just reach a finger in to grab it and out it comes. |

Thanks, I found that out after I already took it apart but it won't be hard to put back together once I get the stuff. Where do you find Hylomar. Our pathetic harley/buell dealer said they don't carry it. Thanks again, Hodakaguy |

Just make sure you get the permatex made for oil/fuel. Gas will eat up others & you dont need little bits of silicone in your fuel system. I hope I didnt need to write this but....... |
