I own a 2002 Cyclone. I want to replace the front and rear brake pads. What pads will give me the best stopping power for my dollar?

Stopping power per $ is a tough metric to measure.

The ones we carry are here:
Nissin front caliper brake pads
Nissin rear caliper brake pads

If all you want is excellent stopping power, go with sintereds. If you want excellent stopping power PLUS excellent feel (i.e. more progressive response, less digital), go with Lyndalls (my personal faves) or CP911 Ferodos. If you want decent stopping power at minimum cost, go EBC Black.
Sintereds wear longer, but at the expense of your disc, and have a tendency to leave more uneven deposition layer. Semi-metallic pads will wear faster, and are GENERALLY easier on the disc, but there are exceptions to that (i.e., EBC green, which isn't available for your caliper anyway)

Ferodo CP911 is my favorite pad for the Buells. A friend had set on his S1 with the 2000 rotor. I rode it one day, so I had to put them on my S3T.
