GPR stabilizer, OverlySeasonedBiscuits PFU tune, HMF slip-on exhaust and K&N air filter, PMR lanyard kill switch modified to work on the '25R, GrandStand Designs case sliders for the stator cover, BackFlash's swingarm and fork sliders, 2009 swingarm with spools, re-covered the rear seat with something stickier from a dirtbike. (x2086.1am hydro piston sleeve kit with Rev B clutch cover. Hope it never leaks again!!)
