8000mi, sheared exhaust stud. needed to remove head and drill out.replaced all gaskets to base while i was there, and put in new style rocker cover gasket.
9000mi, broke old style primary tensioner. replaced with updated style.
9200mi, blew front rocker box gasket after switching to synthetic oil (?). replaced with metal style
9400mi, primary started to puke. replaced crank seal with updated seal...needed to buy new tool...arrrg.
noticed some scraping on detent plate while clutch is off, one drum pin was proud ot the others...drove it in with punch and hammer, replaced with new detent plate
9400mi, detonation! replaced intake seals
9500mi, gasket for starter leaking
