Servicing Dealership: |
Liberty Buell (work there)
Performance Mods!: |
Both kept stock
Problems/Miles (Please be specific): |
X1W, trip meter keeps reseting to 0 with each ignition switch cycling. Think it's wiring after billet dash instal by another tech. Fuel light also not working. S3T runs flawlessly.
Other Mods/Misc/Customization.: |
X1W tank, airbox, chin spoiler, air dam & front fender painted in an American flag design, rear inner fender & belt guards replaced with carbon fiber components, tail section polished, billet instrument dash. S3T left the way Erik intended.
Favorite Rides (Roads and Routes): |
I pretty much love each time I go out on either bike, no matter where.
Why I do/don't ride a Buell: |
I ride a Buell because these bikes are downright fun. I don't care that other bikes have more power. Buells have a great balance of power & handling.
How can Buell improve their motorcycles?: |
A rotary engine concept in an XB frame would be pretty cool.
Life History/Philosophy: |
"There are no dress rehearsals in life. Live it like there is no tomorrow."
Top speed on 2 wheels (mph): |
I think I hit 140 MPH on the front straight of Summit Point Main Circuit, but was looking at turn 1 rather than my speedo!
Preferred engine oil (brand/grade): |
Screamin' Eagle Syn3 Synthetic Lubricant
