Why I do/don't ride a Buell: |
Dual sport, good ride position, soft ride, acceleration, cornering, look, sound, power, storage space, wide seat... list too long to add here.
|
How can Buell improve their motorcycles?: |
|
Life History/Philosophy: |
• Remove XB12X front wheel guard replace with XB12S. And take off the “trail” version.
• Bigger adjustable shield
• Powder coat the wheels black. ( low priority )
• Fiberglass tape over exhaust manifold for summer riding.
• Upgrade to wider mirrors
• Headlights are weak, Look in to more lights.
• New foot pegs for rain. Very slippery
• Heated grips ( variable )
|
Top speed on 2 wheels (mph): |
more than 125 is too dangerous! crash = death
|
Preferred engine oil (brand/grade): |
Standard buell recommendations so far
