Well, I bought the bike brand new. It has stalled on me several time, typically after it has warmed up and during a complete stop. It will really struggle to get good beat going, and then stall. It has stalled while in motion also. Additionally, the gray fame between the yellow shell and the V-twin gets extremely hot. So here are my concerns in a nutshell.
1. What is causing the bike to stall
2. What can be done, to ease the heating of the frame.
So far, I have had a very bitter experience with the bike. Not really happy with it.

1.Extended Height Visor for reducing wind buffetting.
2. Lower seat. Good quality, more comfortable than stock, does cause the back seat to not lock properly as it is too thick towards the end

I purchased the Buell, as it one of the 3 bikes that are meant for long rides, light to medium off-roading and just sprints around town.

If you see a problem, fix it. The heating of the frame could be fixed by throwing in a heat-shield. This is a huge design short-coming, If I had known about this issue, I would not have bought the bike
