Bought a used 2010 Blast w/ 224 miles on it from a local HD dealer. Before accepting delivery I had it rejetted, new K&N intake filter put on and changed out the exhaust to a Jardin system (?) inorder ti increase the horse power. Practicing in a parking lot the bike seemed fine - out on Santa Cruz back roads it sputters out and dies seems particularly sensitive in 3rd and over when I open the throttle. Have only had it out on 2 nice rides, the first time the bike died no less than 10 times w/in a 1-2 hour ride, freaky for a new rider. HD will pick up the bike and it is under warranty however the weather is good - I want to be out in it, is this a big deal? Is it an easy/quick fit or is this a Blast issue that hangs on thru the life of the bike?
