Why I do/don't ride a Buell: | Exact what I searched for: Powerfull excellent handling allrounder with an aircooled twin 4-stroke engine, sturdy build with an small number of parts and frugal. |
How can Buell improve their motorcycles?: | Keep the tubular frames in production. |
Life History/Philosophy: | Stopped motorcycling at 28 because insurance company set conditions for a loan. Paid off the loan but also the insurance company altered the conditions and permitted motorcycling because increased safety due to better handling and brakes, better tires and protective clothing and the obligation of wearing an helmet. Stepped up again in 1990 and rode a new Kawasaki EN 500, Honda Hawk 650, Laverda 750 S1 from 1972. Searched modern bike with some Laverda characteristics. And there was the Buell M2. |
