Why I do/don't ride a Buell: |
Torque and personality! Like Erik and the Buell philosophy. Missed my old 97 Cyclone immediately after selling it. Took me across Canada, to the Harley 95th, to Monterey CA - 16K great miles. So I bought another, the S3, now a "T" thanks to eBay and at 10K miles. I like my Ducati 999, ST4 and my Victory Kingpin too. Variety! (as long as it's a twin) Newly added: Red 1125CR, Red 1125R - love'em both!
How can Buell improve their motorcycles?: |
I wish 1125r haad a sport touring option, locking waterproof hard bags, and perhaps heli bars; voila, an American Ducati ST3/4!
Life History/Philosophy: |
Top speed on 2 wheels (mph): |
155 on my Duc 999
Preferred engine oil (brand/grade): |
For Buell S3T I use HD360; but for all other bikes, I swear by Motul 300V ester synthetic
