Broke my arm (radius) right at the wrist of my right arm (throttle) in Sept 2006 by free falling 9 feet off a ladder onto a concrete floor. Lucky I didn't bust my head open. Always take the time to think SAFETY! Don't have too much pride to think you don't need a friend to spot your ladder.
