recently had a new ecm installed with factory upgrade for fuel & air mixture.now fan runs constantly while bike is moving.when i stop the fan stops.soon as the bike starts moving the fan comes back on.the fan does not run when i shut the bike down.the problem did not start until the new ecm was installed (by the dealer)what would cause this.
