Why I do/don't ride a Buell: | Great handling and performance for the real world, Looks great and I love the ergo's. I like things where form follows function, and these bikes do that. With the servicing and mods that I've done I've found that it's very easy to work on. Plus I enjoy something different. (ask me about trials riding...) |
How can Buell improve their motorcycles?: | I am looking to raise the footpegs a bit without going to rearsets, I'm grinding up the pegs and shift/brake levers. I wish they had the pegs just high enough to work the edges of the tires without so much contact with the road. |
Life History/Philosophy: | Riding since I was about 7 or 8, but steet bikes only off and on through the years. This is my first Harley powered bike, but I've got a long-time Harley rider buddy who tells me things like, "no, that noise is normal..." I joined the Army at 18 and went to flight school a few years later. I'm still around, Flying for the CA Army National Guard full-time. |
