I thought it was just my XB that would shake bolts loose, but it would appear my EBR has followed in its elder sibling's footsteps.

Does anyone know what size bolt and thread pitch I need here?

My trick is to keep my bike clean by washing it myself. Grab a beer and a few good terrycloth and microfiber towels.

Just the act of wiping down the inner bits will familiarize you with everything and notice the little stuff, not to mention an obvious loose screw like that, then you end up with a clean bike and a nice buzz. Win!
