Hey guy's, been thinking recently about selling or trading my 14' RX for an SX because I'm just not riding it much. The only reason I bought the RX and not the SX is because it looked rad and I've never really had a full fairing bike. I loved my CR with the high bars and think an SX would feel quite similar if not better. I then started thinking that my bike is so clean and has such low mileage and all the goodies and farkles that I want that I should just do a conversion. I converted my 1125r to an XBr front end so I know it shouldn't be too much a stretch, in fact, will be a whole lot easier since it's not inter-model swapping. I was wondering if any one has attempted this and knows all the parts that are needed or if there is any one out there that would want to convert their SX to an RX? Would prefer some one relatively close to the So Cal area if some one was interested, or maybe even do a ride to whom ever's garage for the swap. I have a galaxy black RX and would prefer a white or gray or black SX but beggars can't be choosers. If some one has a wrecked SX or parts they'd be willing to sell, I'd be interested in that too. If any one is interested or has the list of parts needed I'd be much obliged for the help. | ||

I'm in So Cal (El Segundo) and swapping my white SX into an RX very soon. I bought the SX as a do-it-all bike (which it does) but end up only riding it super hard on the weekends where clip-ons and a fairing would help out up Hwy 2  PM me your # maybe we can help each other out? | ||
